PRICING

Our pricing.

We provide affordable fixed-fee immigration advice across a range of UK visa, settlement and nationality routes. Our fees reflect not only the time required to prepare each application properly, but also the skill, knowledge and judgement involved in getting it right first time, reducing the risk of delay or refusal and impacting your immigration history.

Whilst general information may be provided at an initial enquiry stage, formal advice tailored to individual circumstances is provided on a professional, paid basis only.

How we work

Our work typically includes the following.

  • Discussing your circumstances in detail.

  • Confirming whether the proposed application is appropriate.

  • Identifying any alternative routes that may be available.

  • Advising on the relevant Immigration Rules and eligibility criteria.

  • Highlighting any gaps or risk areas, and whether these can be addressed.

  • Reviewing the supporting evidence you already have.

  • Advising where further evidence is required and how to obtain it.

  • Assisting with evidence collation where appropriate, including written statements.

  • Preparing the application, formatting and labelling all documentary evidence and submitting it on your behalf.

  • Provide an official, recognised, cover letter with your application explaining the merits of your case.

An eligibility review is a focused check of whether you (and any dependants) meet the current UK immigration rules for the visa you have in mind. We look at your circumstances and documents and give you a clear “yes / no / risky” answer before you spend money on an application.

    What we will do:

    • Ask you to complete a short questionnaire about your situation and immigration history.

    • Review key documents you provide (for example passports, relationship evidence, finances, employment or study details, previous visas and any refusals).

    • Check your case against the relevant Immigration Rules and published guidance.

    • Identify any obvious problems, risks or missing evidence that could lead to refusal.

    • Provide a short written opinion explaining:

      • Whether you appear to meet the rules.

      • Any conditions or changes needed before you apply.

      • Practical next steps to put you in the strongest possible position.

What this service does not include:

    • A full advice session or strategy discussion by phone or video.

    • Drafting your application or documents.

    • Ongoing support after the written opinion, unless you decide to instruct me for further work.

Fee: £150 (fixed fee, payable in advance).

  • Fee £200

A consultation is a one‑to‑one advice session where we talk through your situation in detail, explore your options and agree a clear plan for your next steps. It is ideal if your case is complex, you have several possible routes, or you want to ask detailed questions before committing to an application.

    What we will do:

    • Arrange a phone or video call (usually up to 60 minutes) at a time that suits you.

    • Take a structured history of your circumstances, immigration background and any previous applications or refusals.

    • Explain which visa routes may be open to you and how they compare (requirements, timescales, costs, and long‑term prospects such as settlement or citizenship).

    • Discuss risks and “what if” scenarios so you understand the consequences of different choices.

    • Outline a step‑by‑step plan tailored to you, including what to do now and what to prepare next.

    • Send a brief written summary of the key advice and agreed action points after the call.

What this service does not include:

    • A full document review for eligibility (unless agreed separately).

    • Drafting or submitting your application.

    • Ongoing representation, unless you later instruct us for full application support.

Fee: £200 (fixed fee, payable in advance).

    • British Citizenship (Adult – naturalisation): £900

    • Child Registration as a British Citizen: £550
