I'm Paul J Daley. I bring a career built on structured decision-making, careful evidence assessment, and professional accountability in high-stakes environments. That background shapes how I approach every case - methodically, thoroughly, and with a clear understanding of how Home Office caseworkers assess applications.

Based in Glasgow, I support clients across the UK and internationally, advising on family, work, study, and nationality routes. My aim is straightforward: clear, practical, independent advice, delivered honestly and without sales pressure- including when the honest answer is that an application is unlikely to succeed.

I am a British Council-registered Education Adviser, providing specialist support for international students and families navigating UK study routes - a credential reflecting additional training and recognition within the UK education sector.

I am a member of Scotland's Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme and hold current DBS registration, reflecting a commitment to professional integrity and providing additional assurance to clients in vulnerable circumstances, including those at risk from exploitation by unregulated advisers.
