About us.

GB Visa & Immigration Services is a small team, led by Paul J Daley, who brings a strong public-sector background and an evidence-led, structured approach to immigration advice. That background underpins a focus on careful decision-making, regulatory compliance, and clear communication in matters where the consequences of error can be significant.

Based in Glasgow, the practice supports clients across the UK and internationally, advising on family, work, study, and nationality routes.

The aim of the practice is straightforward: to provide clear, practical, and independent immigration advice, delivered logically and without unnecessary complexity or sales pressure.

Paul is also a British Council-registered Education Adviser, which provides additional insight into the UK education sector and the immigration issues commonly faced by international students and their families. This complements the practice’s work across student and graduate routes.

Paul is a member of Scotland’s Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme and holds current DBS registration, reflecting a commitment to professional integrity and to supporting clients who may be considered vulnerable.
